RUMOR WATCH: SCOTT SIMPSON JR. RETURNING TO THE DIRT?

Whispers are getting louder.

The league’s starting to stir.

And one name is back on everyone’s radar:

Scott Simpson Jr.

The former NEAAD MVP.

A silent assassin with a glove made of gold and ice in his veins.

He made the game look easy — then vanished from it.

But legends don’t retire.

They reload.

The Return No One Expected — But Everyone Wanted

Sources close to the league say Scott’s training. Watching. Waiting.

A few swings here. A few reps there.

And now… the smoke is turning to fire.

He’s not coming back for nostalgia.
He’s coming back for business.

Destination: Northern Reign?

Word is, Scott’s return might run through Maine.

The Northern Reign are emerging as the most likely landing spot —

and they may be gearing up for a storm no one’s ready for.

Because if Simpson joins?

He’s not alone.

D.J. “DJT” Travaglini Speaks: “It’s the No-Fly Zone”

We reached out to DJT, one of the league’s premier athletes and a potential teammate of Simpson’s in the outfield. His words?

“It’s the No-Fly Zone — better keep those balls low.
Tough to gain extra bases on us like you would on other teams.”

That’s not confidence.

That’s a warning.

The idea of DJT and Scotty patrolling the same grass again?

Terrifying.

Ground balls only — or prepare to be erased.

“Him and I play very well together in the outfield,” DJT added.
“We cover so much ground. He’s not just an MVP — the kid is a stud.”

If This Happens… The League Shifts

Northern Reign already had respect.

But Scott Simpson Jr. returning? That’s not just a comeback.

That’s a statement to the entire NEDSO league.

He’s been quiet.

But his game still echoes.

He’s back.
He’s built different.
And the field better be ready.
